On May 18th St. Anselm Parishioners of all ages gathered for our last Sunday Social of the Academic Year. It was a time to catch up with each other and relax, while enjoying coffee, tea, cocoa and delicious donuts from Mike’s. While the adults chatted, some of our younger members met at the Art Table and created beautiful Sun Catcher Insects and colorful Scratch-Magic Turtles. Our Art Table was a popular new addition this year and will be back again in September.
In addition to the food, fun and fine art, the Youth Activities 50/50 drawing was held during the Social. The 50/50 proceeds help fund our Youth Activities Program, which includes sports, scouting, and the Teen Club.
Our Sunday Socials will resume in September. We’re planning another great year of fun events at St. Anselm, so please continue to look in the Bulletin and watch our Website (stanselmbayridge.org) to see what’s new and exciting in our wonderful Parish!
All the best,
The St. Anselm Publicity Committee
