Despite the night time temperatures falling to the mid thirties and the trees beginning to drop their leaves St. Anselm Parishioners gathered to enjoy warmth and conviviality at the October 18th Sunday Social in McMahon auditorium.
At the Arts and Crafts table our young artists celebrated the approach of Halloween by creating frightfully colorful ornaments of ghosts, cats, and bats.
The wonderful Sunday Social volunteers cheerfully served a multitude of children, who enjoyed apple juice, hot chocolate with marshmallows, and donuts while their parents and other parishioners enjoyed a cup of coffee or tea, and maybe also an occasional hot chocolate and donut as well. Don’t worry, we’ll never tell!
While it was clear that autumn had arrived and… winter would not far behind, St. Anselm parishioners enjoyed a morning of warmth with good food and beverage and even better company.
All the best,
The St. Anselm Publicity Committee
