January 28, 2018 – St. Anselm Sunday Social

St. Anselm parishioners, Saint Anselm Catholic Academy parents and faculty, and prospective St. Anselm Catholic Academy families came together on January 28th in the McMahon Auditorium to celebrate CATHOLIC SCHOOLS WEEK 2018 while enjoy the delicious treats and opportunity for friendship offered at the first Parish Sunday Social of 2018.

While donuts, coffee, tea, and hot cocoa with marshmallows were enjoyed by those gathered in the auditorium, the highlight of the Social was the informative display boards, videos, and other exhibits of programs offered by the Academy, the opportunity to tour the building, meet with faculty, and to learn more from the dedicated parents and staff about the wonderful educational programs at St. Anselm Catholic Academy.

Visitors were also able to peruse the interesting photos and memorabilia on display at the SACA Alumni Association table and learn more about the wonderful sports and family events offered by the St. Anselm Parish Youth Activities.

Thank you to our parish priests: Msgr. Maloney, Msgr. Philips, Fr. Saffron and Fr. Kull, Academy Principal James McKeon and all the dedicated parents and faculty of St. Anselm Catholic Academy who support the goal of educating our students in the Faith and in the highest academic standards.

A special thank you to the wonderful Sunday Social Committee: Mary, Tom, Lynne, Eileen, Barbara, Josephine, Bob and our newest volunteer Marissa, for setting up, serving, and cleaning up effortlessly, and making it another fun event for our parish family!

Please join us at our next Sunday Social – February 11th.

All the best,

The St. Anselm Publicity Committee
