October 26 & 27, 2019 – Louise Troisi Professional Clothing Drive

The St. Anselm PPC held its annual “Louise Troisi Clothing Drive” the last weekend of October and the weather was dreary, wet and windy. That, however, was no deterrence for our wonderful parishioners who came to the Rosary Chapel at St. Anselm bearing their donations of professional clothing and accessories.  These items will benefit the young men and women in the Intern & Earn Program run by Catholic Charities.  Intern & Earn provides training and support for young men and women who are looking for jobs.  These young people are in need of professional clothing and accessories to help them look and feel their best for the Intern & Earn workshops they attend and for job interviews.  We thank you for giving them the clothing and accessories they need to look and feel like the professionals they are striving to become.

We also thank Committee Chair Kim Parker along with Mary Gelormino, Bob Kassenbrock, Eileen & Peter Loughlin, and Regina McPadden.  Thanks, as well to John Gonzalez and Michael Duarte from Catholic Charities for their help with the donated items.

All the best,

The St. Anselm Publicity Committee
