December 4, 2021 – The Lighting of the Advent Trees at St. Anselm

Our Advent Tree Lighting took place on Saturday, December 4th following the 5pm Mass. It was a joyous event with hymns from our outstanding Adult Choir and a beautiful reading from our Pastor, Monsignor Maloney.  The crowd excitedly waited for the cue, “Let There Be Light!”, from Monsignor and then the night was brightened by the glow from 116 Advent Trees.

We thank Choir Director Therese Panacali and the Adult Choir, Monsignor Maloney, Committee Chairs Phyllis Arlia and Kim Parker and their volunteers: Florence Diaz, Bob Kassenbrock & Eileen Loughlin.  Finally, we thank our generous Parishioners for sponsoring trees to honor or remember a loved one.  We can’t wait for next year!

All the best,
The St. Anselm Publicity Committee
