Sunday, April 19th, our first Sunday Social of spring arrived with the weather more like a day in late winter – outside it was cold and damp. But, in Bay Ridge Catholic Academy’s McMahon Auditorium, there was nothing but warmth and good cheer as parishioners happily chatted with Fr. Kevin – and family and friends, all the while enjoying a delicious selection of donuts, coffee, hot cocoa, and tea.
The St. Anselm April Sunday Social was made possible thanks to the participation of our fantastic parishioners and – “THANKS!” to Fr. Kevin, our great committee chairs – Barbara Fabris and Eileen Loughlin, and a wonderful group of volunteers: Bill and Christina, Jeanine Condon, Jennine, Bob Kassenbrock, Peter Loughlin, Linda Naradovy, Pat Stramka, Jo Volpe, and Shirley Chin and her Scouts from Troop 18G: Amy, Annie, Chloe L., Katelyn, Leanne, & Yongtong. We are so fortunate to have such wonderful volunteers!
