Holy Name Society

The Holy Name Society of Saint Anselm Church is a fraternity of Catholic men dedicated to promoting the values and teachings of the Church in honor of the Holy Name of Jesus.

The Society meets on Sundays each month, from September to June, at 9 AM in the Rectory Basement Conference room.

At our monthly meetings we enjoy light refreshments, and engage in prayer and discussion.

In addition to our monthly meetings the Society sponsors the following events:

  • A monthly Food Collection in support of the Saint Anselm Food Pantry – see the bulletin and flyers on the parish website and in the church for dates
  • Blood Drives for the New York Blood Center
  • A Clothing Drive for the Saint Vincent de Paul Society
  • An Essay Contest for the 8th Grade students of Saint Anselm Parish
